Since the Belltone office closed in Southern Pines, it was well past time to get my hearing aids cleaned and I was having trouble with my left aid. I finally found an office in Ashboro . I got an appointment within a few days and met Brian Dunford. He performed a complete hearing test (since I hadn’t had one in years) explaining each step of the way and answering all my questions as he went. He also spoke to the updates Belltone has made since I had purchased my aids (which were many). He let me try the newest model and I decided it was time for an update. I highly recommend Mr. Dunford. I was quite impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and friendly SERVICE. If you find yourself or even think you may need hearing aids, then Mr. Dunford in the Ashboro office is your man. SERVICE, you don’t see much anymore!! Thank you Mr. Dunford.;

I went to have hearing aid checked due to no sound coming out of it. It was charging fine. It turned out to be a blockage due to wax buildup. This was taking care of in a matter of minutes. I was on my way out in less than 15 minutes.;
