Outstanding service from start to finish! I had an exceptional experience at Beltone Hearing Aid Service in Asheboro. The staff is warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and even followed up afterward to ensure my complete satisfaction.
I am very pleased with my Envision 9 hearing aids. They have built‑in AI technology, Bluetooth, streaming, and location features, and the clarity and adjustments are outstanding. They’re also fully rechargeable, so there’s no need to deal with disposable batteries. Everything is extremely easy to manage through the Beltone Hear Max App, which makes the whole experience even better. I’m also very pleased with the premium charger — it’s incredibly convenient and can charge the devices even when it’s not plugged in.
The Beltone Hear Max app allows me to adjust to the many different environments I encounter on a regular basis. Whether I’m focusing on one person, watching television, navigating crowded restaurants, or even out on the boat on windy days, the app makes it simple to fine‑tune my hearing for every situation.
The streaming background sounds from my phone also help me manage the constant ringing in my ears from tinnitus. My favorite is the stream that sounds like a mountain trout stream — it’s incredibly soothing and makes a real difference.
Most people can’t even tell I’m wearing hearing aids unless they look very closely, and they fit comfortably with my glasses, which is a huge plus.
The level of care here is truly above and beyond. My hearing aids were fitted perfectly, and the follow‑up support has been fantastic. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients’ well‑being and long‑term hearing health.
