Hearing Care Practitioner

Rick is a HCP who joined Beltone in 2004. He earned a Hearing Aid State License from North Carolina Hearing Aids Dealers & Fitters Board in 1989. In 1987, Rick started as an apprentice in Wilson, NC where he discovered a passion for helping hard of hearing people. Rick traveled the state of NC providing in-home testing and hearing aid fittings to those in need. Rick opened the Eastern Carolina Hearing Center in 1993. During his time here he was appointed to the North Carolina Hearing Aids Dealers and Fittings Board by the Governor of NC for 2 terms. Rick has been recognized by Beltone with Beltone Master Hearing Aid Practitioner Award, for exemplary performance in maintaining the high standards of ethical and conscientious service to the hard of hearing public. Rick is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to the Wilson, Goldsboro & Zebulon communities and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better. When Rick isn’t managing his Beltone locations, seeing patients, he can usually be found playing with Bear, his Charcoal Lab. He also enjoys spending time with his family members.
