My mother came to stay with my family and forgot her hearing aid charger. We called Belltone in Concord, NC to see if they had one. Turns out they didn’t but to our surprise they ordered a demo charger so my mom would be able to use her hearing aids while in town. My mom had come to terms with not being able to hear very well on her visit with us. But Harlan Cato went above and beyond for us and was so helpful. My mom couldn’t believe they ordered the charger just for her to use. Jessica who works in the office told her she could keep the charger for as long as she needed and didn’t charge her a dime for it. We were totally amazed at how helpful Harlan and Jessica were. It’s so wonderful at how selfless they we’re. Jessica even took the time to clean my moms hearing aids! My mom was truly amazed how helpful Jessica was. They only had my moms best interest in mind and it showed!! I would highly recommend this Belltone office to anyone who needs help with their hearing loss. Harlan and Jessica deserve gold STARS!!!
