I was impressed with the care I received from Harlan at the Beltone Hearing Care Center in Monroe from the moment he said, "Hello." He walked me through the assessment, explained how hearing aids could help with my idividual hearing needs, and patiently taught me all of the fun features that come with my new hearing aids (Beltone Serene). He took his time and I never felt rushed. I only waited a week for my aids to arrive, and then my life was immediately enhanced! I am simply amazed by the many ways my day to day functioning has improved, especially at work. I am acutally able to hear what people say in a multitude of settings with varying levels of background noise without asking anyone to repeat what they said. So refreshing!
