Ebony and Rick were very professional, friendly,congenial. Rick took time to explain my personal needs where needing a hearing aid is concerned. He explained why and what would best suit and be best for me. He did not attempt to sell me 'up' , but again what would be best for me and my situation, backed up with a professional hearing test and my lifestyle.
I will definately be back when I choose to get hearing aids for myself.
