It was a very positive experience. Brian was knowledgeable and fun, and I felt like I got all the information that was helpful to me!;

I am 51 years old and had not had a hearing exam since high school, I noticed I kept on saying what all the time and I am sorry I can't hear you. So my Parents go to Beltone in Canton NY so I made an appointment and met with Brian Nichols HIS , and did my hearing evaluation. I was so impressed with the staff there including(Dominique)and how professional they are there but also friendly and knowledgeable about Hearing and the types of hearing aids. I was a 30% loss, not terrible but still. Then I met with Garland to discuss hearing aid options or to wait and come back in a year but he explained why it is important to catch hearing loss early and clearly explained everything. He said he was impressed with me for being proactive. I had no idea, even being a nurse how hearing affects the whole body!! This office opened up my eyes !!!! I went for my F/U appointment today 2/9/24 and learned even more with Brian. I cannot say enough about this office and how glad I am I went. Also thankful (very) this office is so close to my home in the real Upstate NY. I have another F/U March 1st I cannot wait to learn more and see where my hearing is at!!!
