Performed a hearing test and compared to one from 2 years ago. Found out that this office cannot adjust and service Phonak hearing aides. Friendly and would consider using when I decide to switch to a new hearing aid.;
What a pleasure it was having my mom’s hearing aids repaired here. Byron is a true gentleman and is very knowledgeable and courteous. I’ll never go anywhere else for anything related to hearing aids;
I was sorry Dr. Tracy retired but Byron Robertson and staff was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely staying with Cresswell and wish both success on their new ventures.;
