This was an eye opening experience for a family member and myself.
The secretary was very friendly (the coffee was delicious) and answered our questions without attitude.
Dr.Lauren administered our tests and explained in detail the results. She included some family anecdotes during our visit which helped put us at ease.
The doctor in the adjacent office (I think he's Chad) who handles the tech side of the business was as pleasant as Dr.Lauren as he, too, shared family and background info with us.
Neither doctor rushed us even though we were the last "patients " seen that day.
I would encourage anyone with auditory issues to visit Beltone and receive great service from "The Beltones" and check out the cool/nice hearing aids that are light years ahead of the ones used 30 years ago.
