I am the new owner of my updated hearing that Travis gave me. My first pair were purchased three and a half years ago and there have been even more improved features since then. Travis is always very thorough in his testing and with the follow up appointments to check and clean the hearing aids. Kathryn is also very welcoming and efficient. I have recommended Beltone to many friends, as I believe it to be tops.;
