As a new wearer of hearing aids I wasn’t sure how they worked , felt, and keeping them clean. I was seen at Beltone in Celina Ohio and had a wonderful support team. Questions and tips for comfortable wearing were invaluable to me. Thanks for the continuing assistance with my hearing aids which are wonderful!;

This wasn't my first visit to an audiologist. Two years ago I had an appointment with an audiologist that checked my hearing, issues and concerns. After a quick review of the test, in my opinion, a high pressured sales pitch followed. I left her office thinking, I'm not going back there again. Two years had passed, my hearing had declined, the ringing in my ears had become almost constant, I was talking louder and louder, and I struggled hearing anywhere there was alot of background noise. After exploring numerous devices offered on the internet, and there are many, I decided to respond to an ad in our local newspaper offering a hearing test. I made an appointment for myself an for my wife at Beltone Hearing & Audiology. Their offices are local. When we arrived, we were asked to fill out a questionnaire concerning our background, our symptoms and our concerns. Garth then gave each of us a hearing test in a soundproof booth. Garth went over my wife's test and questionnaire first and determined her hearing loss wasn't severe enough to warrant a hearing device at this point. I, on the other hand had severe loss in my right ear, but minimal loss in my left. Garth talked options he had to offer, that he thought would help me, with no pressure what so ever. It did help my decision making when he, being years younger than myself, showed me his devices, and how they worked. We discussed different models, pricing, warranties, how my insurance coverage would apply, and what kind of service they offered. Did I purchase? Yes, I did, but only for my ear that needed most, for now. If you are having any of the issues I mentioned, I suggest you pay them a visit.;
