All the staff that I encountered while trying to get these hearing clearifiers are extremely friendly and were easy to work with. While it took a longer period of time to get these devices, it had nothing to do with Beltone but more of the people on my end. In fact while I was on vacation which was part of the setback, the staff reached out to me to ask if it was ok to reach out to the person in charge to help things move faster so I could get them sooner upon my return. This was well above and beyond the call of duty and is appreciated very much so.
While it is too soon to determine if the devices are serving their purpose,
I am not sure if the tinitis will fully be masked. This is a little hesitation on my part. I know I am still in the transition period and further adjustments will be had however, I am concerned that if the noise does not go away anytime soon then was this a waste of money? It is obvious that using them already, there are distinct differences that were not there before. I just hope it will be enough to make it worth the money spent. Already, the blue tooth phone ring for is extremely too loud. Not sure how to fix that without tampering with volume for outside sources. I look forward to your help in the future if I can't figure this out.

My right hearing aid dropped in water and was damaged. I called Beltone and asked for help. I was told to come into the store to see the amount of damage. Within the hour, I arrived at the office and it was checked and I was told it would be sent away for service. I am very pleased with the service I got.;
I had a wonderful experience with the staff the receptionist was very friendly and kind and Miss Kathy Stickel is a wonderful sweet kind caring Individual and she kn I was her job will recommend her any day it was truly a wonderful experience going to that particular Belltone;
