Just completed a follow-up visit for maintenance with my Beltone hearing aids with Lauren Rollo-Jenkins at N. Olmsted Beltone Hearing Care Center. Having taken over from my previous audiologist she introduced herself providing details of her training and work history. In her inspection of my hearing aids noticed I was not doing a thorough job of cleaning the wax from my ear buds. She provided a tool to correct this, demonstrated its use, asking if I had questions regarding the process. I was impressed since this was not caught by my previous audiologist. Dr. Rollo-Junhno has an amiable manner dealing with patients. She has genuine empathy and interest with dealing with her patients. I was treated with respect and never condescending as I've experienced with other specialists in the medical field. She provides a totally relaxed atmosphere eager to answer any question posed to her. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone seeking a specialist in hearing loss and implementation of hearing aids. Steven Pastor;
