Joe is a personable professional. I enjoy my time when he checks my hearing aids. I believe he did a great job on my hearing test and has shown exceptional knowledge of his product. Beltone hearing aids are not the least expensive but Joe’s expertise makes up some of the cost. Tami is easy to work with for scheduling, etc.I have had to reschedule several times and Tami has always accommodated my changes.;
