Audiologist retired in Central Point Oregon. Left one send back to Beltone for repair. Returned but problems pairing hearing aids not resolved.
Awaiting to recharge at home then will try to pair them again.
Unable to do it at the Beltone Store.
Will see if I can do this at home!
If not, will call Beltone again!
Addendum:
After I received the repaired hearing aid, it was not perfect, so Beltone replaced both of my hearing aids with new hearing aids of the same make and model.
I had a repeat audiology exam and everything seems perfect.
This is one of those times, you get what you pay for. If you want to have, good hearing aids, you go with a reputable company that will back up what they sell.

2024 December 19 addendum:
I went to the new store in Medford to recheck my ears and the hearing is about the same. I talked to the audiologist at length about new hearing aids and have decided to simply wait and recheck in another year.
They did a great job.
