Deborah Bashore is the Owner and
Hearing Care Practitioner who joined Beltone in 1984. She became a licensed
Hearing Care Practitioner in 1984 and received Board Certification in Hearing
Instrument Sciences in 1995. She earned a BA degree in Psychology from Messiah
University and an M ED in counseling from Millersville University.
Deb started as a HCP in Lancaster,
PA, working for her Father who was the owner of Lancaster Beltone at that
time. Deb herself wears hearing aids,
and many of her family members, including her son also have hearing aids. What started as her Father's passion for
serving the hearing impaired, quickly become her own passion. While hearing instruments and technology have
changed rapidly over the years, the service and personal care remain a top
priority for Deb, extended to those who trust her with their hearing needs. She truly enjoys helping others understand
their hearing loss, and find solutions.
Deb enjoys the educational part of helping family members of those with
hearing loss understand how this impacts relationships.
Deb is committed to providing
exceptional hearing care to the Lancaster community and loves helping people
discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better. Her mission is to prove herself worthy of
your trust.
When Deb isn't managing her
Beltone office and seeing patients, she can usually be found in the capacity of
mentoring young women, church activities, and meeting with friends. She also enjoys reading and just being at
home with her husband finding some time to relax.

Hearing aid specialist took ample time to make adjustments to my hearing aids. She is very thorough, competent and very easy to talk to. She wanted me to get the most from my hearing aids. Highly recommend this office.;
