Doug is wonderful;
Below is the review i left 2 years ago. My Father is now 93 years old. We still are still receiving top notch service. As my Father is aging he requires more help and additional appointments for maintenance. We are always helped promptly oftentimes on the same day. Never a problem for Doug. Logan is always kind and helpful to my Dad. We love this local business.
I can't say enough good things about our visit. My Father is 91yo, and the kindness and care he received was best in class.
I did not feel like the team was out to just make a sale, they truly want what's best for my Father.

From the first time I met Tom and Laura when they came to my community for a seminar, I really trusted what was being said regarding hearing loss in older adults. I made an appointment to come to the office to be tested shortly after that and the process was totally professional from start to finish. Tom is the perfect person to understand what is required for people like me!! The exam is simple, conducted privately and the detailed explanation that followed was most helpful in making a decision on how to proceed. The paperwork was minimal and the help Tom and Laura provided was excellent. The hearing aids are perfect for my needs and I am deeply grateful.;
