They were very friendly and respectful. The office was clean. The Dr. was very clear in the process of my treatment;
Lynn decided to switch centers for personal reasons and what a brilliant decision. Brandon went the extra mile learning that her hearing issues were caused by hearing aids that were clogged up and just needed cleaning. After placing them back on it was like an awakening.
…she could hear again😄 This was not caught by the previous office and for that we are extremely grateful to Brandon. We’ll see him again in a few weeks for a more thorough test.;
Very helpful and efficient. Answered all my questioned and weren’t impatient to rush me through. To the staff at front desk and Brandon Whitaker I was pleasantly surprise.
