I knew my hearing was getting worse. It was getting very hard to understand what others were saying to me. I was surprised how the tests were so through. Beth did a great job explaining all the steps she would be doing to test my hearing. My hearing or lack of hearing didn't shock me. It just reassured me that I needed help to have better hearing. Thank you Beth for all your help in my decision to know what aid I needed.;
