Reception was a great experience. Chase made us feel at home and welcome. Chris ( our hearing aid guy) 😂was excellent in explaining how the process would work to check the hearing as well as the purchase possibilities. The hearing aids stopped working due to wax buildup. He showed me how to fix that. Instructions are always very clear and any problem that might arise is quickly dealt with. The service is good.;
