I made the appointment for my mother who was visiting from out of town. The receptionist was very personable and helpful. We were able to see Dr Brandon, who was extremely informative and helpful. Very pleased with the service he provided.;

Updated 1/27/26 If I could give more than 5 stars to Beltone in Cleveland Tn I would. The staff there is great! Brandon is an absolute joy to work with. He is patient and takes his time and is always willing to help. He keeps that smile on his face that makes you at ease and able to speak freely with him. Gabriela is also a joy! Not only does she always have a smile on her face, she is willing to get you coffee, water, a cookie or just sit and chat for a moment. I highly recommend Beltone of Cleveland Tn to anyone who asks for a recommendation!!! High five to both Brandon and Gabriela, keep up the fantastic work you both do!!! Updated: 8/14/25 My father has been seeing Brandon and Gabriela now for over 6 month’s and they still treat him like he is the only customer they have. My dad had a problem with one of his hearing aids and stopped in before his original appointment, Brandon was happy to take a look at the problem and took care of him on the spot. Most places would tell you to make an appointment and come back but not Brandon, he will go above and beyond for his customers. You don’t find many places that have excellent customer service anymore, but I can assure you that if you see Brandon and Gabriela in Cleveland they will make you feel like you are one of their VIP customers. Our experience at Beltone was exceptional! My father was extremely hard of hearing and was able to get hearing aids for free through the Beltone foundation. The staff is amazing, they care very much about there clients and Brandon took his time and explained everything in detail to my father to make sure he understood what to do with his device. He answered all his questions and was just great! I would recommend Beltone and Brandon and his staff to anyone.;

Beltone, Cleveland, TN excels in caring for their hearing aid patients. We are treated like a VIP at all times. Of all the hearing aids that I have owned, I can actually hear with the Beltone hearing aids….and that is 100% true! Brandon, the examiner, is absolutely excellent! Every 3 months he sees patients, checks hearing and thoroughly cleans hearing aids, once a year he does thorough examination of hearing and shows us where we are with our hearing…from using my Beltone hearing aids, my hearing is actually improving! I recommend Beltone over the other hearing aids I have owned. I definitely recommend Brandon and his wonderful team at Beltone, Keith Street, Cleveland, TN.;
