My husband visited Beltone Hearing Center of Conroe yesterday and was helped by Ken Roach, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Ken took the time to thoroughly inspect my husband’s ears and quickly determined that the issue wasn’t hearing-related at all, but likely allergies. What really stood out was his honesty and integrity — my husband insisted on paying for the visit, but Ken refused, saying it wasn’t necessary. On top of that, Ken offered helpful suggestions on what my husband could take and who he should follow up with. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable who genuinely prioritizes helping people over making a sale. We’re extremely grateful and would highly recommend Ken and the Beltone Hearing Center of Conroe to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate care.;

I have been going to Beltone for a little more than a year now and have always received the absolute best service I could ever imagine from any facility. The receptionist, Barbera, is just wonderful, and Ken Roach is the absolute best! Anytime that I've had an issue, he has always gone the extra mile to resolve my issue whether it's an issue with adjustment for sound or making my hearing device fit more comfortably. These folks are the best! My wife went for the first time today and she was so impressed with the care and consideration given to her. We highly recommend Beltone, the whole staff is amazing!;
