My husband visited Beltone Hearing Center of Conroe yesterday and was helped by Ken Roach, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming.
Ken took the time to thoroughly inspect my husband’s ears and quickly determined that the issue wasn’t hearing-related at all, but likely allergies. What really stood out was his honesty and integrity — my husband insisted on paying for the visit, but Ken refused, saying it wasn’t necessary.
On top of that, Ken offered helpful suggestions on what my husband could take and who he should follow up with. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable who genuinely prioritizes helping people over making a sale.
We’re extremely grateful and would highly recommend Ken and the Beltone Hearing Center of Conroe to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate care.;

The receptionist, Barbera, is just wonderful, and Ken Roach is the absolute best!
