I have Been having issues with my hearing aids even though I have been going to Beltone since I purchased my hearing aids. i found that Dr. Parker was gone and therefore had a different person for my appointment, Dr. Bean. Since I was still having issues with my hearing aids, Mr. Bean suggested I have a very thorough earwax cleaning which I did.. He also showed me how to use the Beltone app which he installed on my cellphone and he adjusted my hearing aids as well and showed me how to use the app. I have been using the app to adjust my hearing aids in different conditions and it is working well. I was considering finding a different hearing service but I am very happy with Mr Bean so have decided to continue with Beltone.;
