Bruce is always on time, professional and excellent at his position. He goes beyond with questions on what your use is with the hearing aids I.e. settings in restaurants, conventions, # of people, speakers, English speaking, accents, forums, and has patience to teach you using your apps on your phone. I recently had an emergency while visiting a relative out of state and had to make an appt with a Beltone facility out of state. Not only did I have to wait two hours after my appt time, my Hearing Ad problem was not repaired.;
