Without a doubt the best hearing aid I have ever owned,The audiologist was even better,He took a lot of time making sure I understood how the ha's functioned and was to me a pro at what He was doing,wish I had used this brand of ha in the past and audiologist,they both get the job done!;

Mr. Neal took lots of time to help my 99 year old father with his hearing aids. He thought he needed new hearing aids but Mr. Neal explained that the ones he had were still working just fine they just needed reprogramming.;
