He was very thorough and took a lot of time to evaluate and educate my mom and I on hearing loss. He guided us in choosing the appropriate hearing aids that were set up for her specific needs. I cannot say enough about what a positive experience we had and I would highly recommend going to see Josh if you think you have hearing issues or are considering hearing aids. He is terrific!!;
