I chose Beltone several years ago because they used cutting edge technology. Today, rules have changed and their competition is fierce. They are maintaing their market not only with technology, but with customer service.;

Beltone has new ownership as of October or November of 2021. It took months to get an appointment for my mom with this company at their satellite location. With an appointment, the wait time was nearly 2 hours because walk in patients were also being seen. The company changed its policy from “walk ins ok” to “appointment needed” - but nobody notified existing customers of this. There was only 1 Dr providing services - I do not recommend this company using the satellite locations - they are not manned appropriately to provide customer service. One couple had been waiting over an hour when we arrived and were still there when we left.;
