They take time and pride in their work, the gentleman who waited on me, went through everything with me, yes my hearing is getting worse in my right ear, I don’t have the proper insurance to cover hearing aids. Thank you.;

What a wonderful experience we had at the Elkins office! Matt and Mary were so kind, helpful and informative. They took time to help us, listen to us and we were never rushed. I am so happy that we went here! Destiny, the lady who answered my call originally, could not have been more helpful. She certainly lived up to her name! Thank you all very much!!!;

I went in recently with not so great hopes of getting my old hearing aids repaired, because apparently not a lot of people can fix my specific brand. Well, they absolutely exceeded my expectations! Matt and Mary were both absolutely so sweet, and hooked me up with new hearing aids instead! AND they're better than my old ones!! It's like a Christmas present and a dream come true. I don't have insurance and was SO lost, and had no idea what was gonna happen if I couldn't get these fixed!!! On top of that, he gave me a hearing test as well. That literally changed my life. Now I know what I can't hear, and what I can! Not only that, but they hooked up a family member with an appointment too!!! Words can't even describe how thankful I am. Thank you, Matt and Mary!!!! You guys changed my life for the better, and I'm sure many others ♥️;
