This is Bonnie Jefferson, posting on my son Jordan’s account. I can’t say enough wonderful comments about Amanda Bonner at Beltone in Huntington. We originally met her when she agreed to come in on a Saturday (although they were closed and it was her day off) and took time to give my 75 year old loaners after his hearing aid broke and we couldn’t reach his previous providers until Monday. He has tinnitus and a pretty severe loss, so when he doesn’t have his aids, we go into panic mode. She didn’t know us, but met us on her day off, after my son was able to reach her by phone. She did a hearing test, and programmed the loaners to his loss… a crisis averted! After showing such kindness and care, we decided to purchase his new aids from Amanda, since his old ones were out of warranty, and he really needed new ones. We are very pleased with his new hearing aids (purchased in April) and the service Amanda has provided. The entire office staff is very caring, competent, and professional. You won’t be sorry if you go with Beltone! We highly recommend them!;
