My father was a patient at Beltone in Charleston and Teays Valley for many years until his passing 2 weeks ago. Sarah Swann and Janice were absolutely AMAZING!! Always going out of their way to help in any way they could. If you need assistance with your hearing, I highly suggest you to visit their offices in Charleston or Teays Valley and you will be welcome with open arms and treated like family. They are WONDERFUL to work with!;

Good morning! Being a Professional Truck Driver , I’m never sure where I rest at night. I have restrictions on my CDL that require wearing hearing devices to legally drive. I was glad to see an office close to a point on my route stop! That was the first good thing! Next, the Receptionist Secretary is truly a legend and professional. She explained up front before I even making the appointment what to expect. Hostess like her are what makes USA “1 Now the best part, I’ve been to the Best of the Best with my hearing problem and this has been since I was a toddler. The Specialist at this office is amazing!
