David is an established hearing industry veteran, having dedicated much of his career to managing and developing business operations for hearing aid manufacturers within Canada and the U.S. A proven industry leader, he’s strategically driven consistent and excellent growth, services and technology in the hearing care field. His strong leadership skills, solid talent management expertise and unwavering commitment to hearing care professionals and those in the hearing loss community are a testament to his role. Kevin is an industry veteran, having spent his entire career in the hearing care field. He has a Master of Science in Audiology from Rush University and is highly skilled in sales operations, negotiations, process management, strategic planning and implementation. He utilizes his expertise to help establish and execute business development strategies that support and expand Beltone’s network of independent owners. Marc is a hearing industry and finance expert, having spent his entire career in the financial field. He worked for some of the big four accounting firms before joining the hearing industry at the beginning of 2016, where his contributions to GN Hearing led him to oversee Beltone’s finances. Marc resides in Chicago surrounded by the ladies in his life: his beautiful wife, their three beautiful daughters and their girl dog. Judy is a human resource and hearing industry veteran who thrives on the changes and challenges in the HR world as a generalist with experience in acquisitions and divestitures, organizational change, compensation and benefits. She earned her MBA from DePaul University and is a certified SHRM professional. With her expertise, she delivers talent acquisition, retention, motivation, training and development, and strengthens the corporate culture at Beltone. Ron is a hearing industry veteran, having spent his entire career in audiology and the hearing care field. He has a Doctor of Philosophy in Audiology from Purdue University and experience owning and operating his own private practices. He now shares his experience and knowledge in hearing care to lead operations at Beltone and help its independent owners compete in their market space.
