Beltone Makes Hearing Aid Insurance Simple

Understanding your hearing aid insurance benefits can be confusing. Beltone makes it easy for you. Contact your local Beltone office to see if they accept BlueCross BlueShield insurance. They can help you understand the benefits available to you and how to get the most from them.

BlueCross BlueShield hearing aid benefits may include:

  • Payment toward the plan’s allowed amount
  • In some cases, BlueCross BlueShield may pay up to 80% toward your plan’s allowed amount
  • Benefits are subject to your individual plan
  • Benefits differ, per technology
  • Some members may have access to a FREE hearing screening, 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, 3-year loss and damage insurance (one-time replacement and deductible), a 3-year supply of batteries (144 battery cells per aid) or a premium charger, a 60-day return period (no restocking fee) and access to Belcare with the purchase of certain devices through their plan
  • Specific coverage pertains to the plan selected upon initial purchase of the benefit plan

Warranty and Loss-Stolen-Damaged Coverage

All Beltone hearing aids purchased through a Beltone office are covered by a limited 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. You’ll also receive 12 months of lost-stolen-damaged coverage, which protects you in case your hearing aids are stolen, left somewhere by accident or damaged.*
