Kory Castro, BC-HIS is a board-certified Hearing Aid Specialist and prior practice owner with over 12 years of industry experience. He is currently the co-owner and co-founder of Beltone West. Board-certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences, he is currently a member of the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences, the International Hearing Society and Hearing Healthcare Providers of Arizona. Before founding Beltone West, he was the owner of Cascade Hearing Aid Center in Hood River, OR for five years.
Kory enjoys working with an amazing team of people all dedicated to the same goal of helping people improve their quality of life and hearing patients tell their stories and seeing what motivates them to change their lives. Growing up in Oregon, watching his dad help people improve their quality of life through hearing, inspired Kory to work in hearing healthcare himself. He studied and trained under his father as a hearing aid specialist while in college, and at 23 years old, purchased his hearing clinics and ran them until he moved to Arizona.
Kory moved to Arizona with his wife, who completed her residency training to become a Pediatrician in Phoenix. They enjoy eating good food, traveling, hiking and exploring new places with their two dogs.

Dustin McMinn, HAD has been a hearing specialist for over 6 years and is a co-owner of Beltone Arizona. Before moving to Arizona to open his own practice, Dustin was a hearing aid provider in Oregon and has been the sole provider of two private practices since November of 2017. He became co-owner of Beltone
Arizona in 2021.
Dustin specializes in treating hearing loss, performing hearing tests, hearing aid repairs, hearing aid counseling and hearing aid fittings. A member of the Carefree Chamber of Commerce, Dustin likes to be involved in his community and makes a point to go to retirement homes several times a month to help with hearing aid care in those facilities.
Dustin’s favorite part of his job is helping the hearing impaired live better and more fulfilling lives and he enjoys hearing the unique stories his patients have to share. He has the greatest respect for those patients who choose to be vulnerable with him. Dustin makes it a goal to educate people anywhere and everywhere, holding “Lunch and Learn” seminars to help patients take their first steps to better hearing, or to learn something about their hearing health they may not have known otherwise.
In his free time, Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and their dog and two cats. He enjoys camping, hiking, taking road trips, boating and making music.

Always great!;
I met with Dustin at Scottsdale office to drop off my hearings aids. He was very polite and professional. I was told I needed to send my hearing aids to the manufacture because my hearing aids were to old and outdated.
Dustin did some advanced cleaning and advised me proper techniques on how to clean in the future. Once finished he installed the hearing aids in my ear and they were louder and more clear than I’ve ever heard them. I would highly recommended anybody who needs hearings aids or hearing care to see Dustin at Beltone in Scottsdale or any other locations he has in Cave creek or Wickenburg.;
I think Biltmore hearing center is one of the best ones ever, however I was not able to make it to my appointment on time and was rescheduled several months in the future for December from from April until September 9th. That was too far a distance for me and consequently I'm having to cancel that appointment cuz I had to be seen by someone else recently who detected some hearing issues for me but thank you you are the one of the best it's just difficult getting scheduling with you;
