Kristen Keown is a hearing care provider who joined Beltone in 2022. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Armstrong State University and her Associates of Science from College of Coastal Georgia. Kristen got her start in healthcare in 2012 working as an allergy care specialist where she discovered her love for patient care and helping improve the lives of others. During her years as an allergy care specialist, she won many awards including the 2013 Peak Performer Award for overall high-performance in patient care, and in 2017 the RISE UP Award voted among her coworkers. In 2017, her work in Allergy led her to John's Creek, GA where she worked with one of the largest ENT practices in the state of Georgia. While working in this office, she discovered her passion and value in the hearing industry. In 2019 she moved back to her hometown of Jesup, GA and began working for a hearing company as a Patient Care Specialist and studying Intern, earning a President Club award for High-Performance in patient care in 2020.Kristen now resides in Vidalia, GA and is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to both the city and communities of Vidalia and Jesup. Kristen loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better. When Kristen isn't seeing patients, she can usually be found spending time with her 3 kids.

Jim has been awarded the 2006 Rookie of the Year, 2009 Outstanding Unit Performance, and the 2022 Regional Excellence Award for the Southeast Region. Jim is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to the Savannah and Statesboro community and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better. When Jim isn’t seeing patients can usually be found golfing, playing his guitar or spending time with his grandchildren.
