Cailtin got her start as a patient care coordinator at a hearing aid center in Central Florida where she discovered her passion for helping people and improving the lives of the hearing impaired. That passion led her to earn her hearing aid specialist certification and kickstarted her career as a hearing health professional. Caitlin is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to Richmond Hill and Pooler community and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better. When Caitlin isn't assisting patients, she can usually be found teaching fitness classes or on the baseball field with her husband and their 3 boys.

Jim has been awarded the 2006 Rookie of the Year, 2009 Outstanding Unit Performance, and the 2022 Regional Excellence Award for the Southeast Region.
Jim is committed to providing exceptional hearing care to the Savannah and Statesboro community and loves helping people discover how the right hearing solutions can change their lives for the better.
When Jim isn’t seeing patients can usually be found golfing, playing his guitar or spending time with his grandchildren.
