I went to the Beltone office in Burnsville to have my hearing aids adjusted. I have been wearing my new Serene hearing aids for about a year now and I really like them but I thought it was time for a cleaning and checkup. The office was very clean and Jessica, the receptionist, greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. The person that adjusted my hearing aids was Shane. He was able to quickly pull up my previous hearing test. He retested both of my ears and made several adjustments. I am now able to hear much more clearly and in a number of different surroundings. It was a very pleasant and professional experience.;
