After a hiatus for about a year (due to COVID-19) I finally met with my Beltone hearing aid master practitioner (Joel Villasenor) today ( March 17,2021). Joel updated all my firmware in my hearing aids, made needed adjustments to my hearing aids and addressed a serious buildup of earwax. All that and no charge. I am very satisfied with the service I received.;

I have been a customer of Beltone and Joel Villasenor for over four years. I had inquired about several other places before I became a customer of Joel's. I have received outstanding service and was equipped with a hearing aid that accommodated my specific hearing loss. Joel took his time with me and did a thorough evaluation of my hearing loss before recommending a specific Beltone hearing aid. He then worked with precision to calibrate the hearing aid specifically to my ears (if you have never had hearing aids before, it takes a little time to get used to them). The result has been much better hearing and a more enjoyable life, being part of conversations that was hard to participate in before. I would highly recommend Joel and Beltone. Bruce G;
