The staff was very friendly also the office was clean and comfortable. The technician listened was very knowledgeable, and didn't try push anything on you ,just told you of all options, to help you make the best decision for you.;
The staff was great! This is my second set of hearing aids. The information that I received this time compared to the first time it is as different in night and day. I will be able to manage my hearing aids and my hearing, so much better. I would be willing to recommend the Bristol, Virginia location to everyone.;
