I can hear without struggling or having people yell at me. The test was easy and the process was explained well. I am very pleased with my equipment.;
Hearing test administrator very polite and respectful. Salesman more gruff but patient when adjusting aids, could not adjust right ear aid to eliminate tinny sound when I or he spoke. He recommended installing HearMax and experiment with volume settings at home.;
Dru is the best, her knowledge and ability to make decisions. They are very accommodating office. My hearing test was the same. Dru got me all hooked up for my trip to California 😊;
